There are days or weeks
you can feel how something
is just off.
It’s often because we’re not paying
attention to our Centre.
We’re misaligned.
Your Centre is trying to tell you something,
and we are not listening,
or you’re fighting a truth
you can already feel inside of you.
I’ve felt this many times.
Not because I didn’t know what I felt,
but because I was trying to prove it
in order to listen.
Trying to find something outside of myself
that would confirm it.
And the more I did that,
the more I drifted further and further
away from myself.
Until I realised what I was doing.
I didn’t need to prove anything.
I needed to recenter.
To come back into myself
and trust what I already feel.
And the shift was huge.
My whole body relaxed.
Everything softened.
That’s how you know.
So trust those signals.
If you feel tense,
if everything feels like effort,
ask yourself why.
Are you out of alignment?
What are you feeling?
What is your truth?
Sit with it.
Let it exist
without trying to prove it
or explain it.
When you accept
what your Centre is telling you,
everything becomes clearer.
Your body relaxes.
Your decisions feel easier.
Things start to make sense again.
Not because something outside has changed,
but because you’ve come back to yourself.
We forget this and this is
when we need remembering.
We look outside for confirmation
when it’s already within us.
And I do this too.
There are moments in my day
where I stop and say,
“I just need a moment.”
A moment to come back.
And remember we are all human,
we all drift but we can always return.
So this is just a reminder.
Make space to recenter.
Feel aligned.
Live aligned.
Trust it.
Don’t look for answers outside of yourself.
You won’t find them there.
It’s all within you.
